    Rain Pollock, known as Rainezra on stage, is a founder of Local Fest Connects. Using her experience in event coordination in the previous years, along with her networking abilities, she gathered members of different performing arts communities and organizers together to create a one of a kind experience that would bring people together. Working alongside her new co-founders, Rainezra LLC has been able to accomplish the launch of not only the Local Fest Connects organization, but other workshops and opportunities such as open mics and her Youth Music Program. (Music Starts Here?) She plans to further her education and personal music career while continuing to bring the community together through unique live music events.

    Mía Keeler is an active member of Portland’s music community, working as a music educator for local youth, collaborating with local artists as a choreographer, back up dancer as well as a back up vocalist on stage and in the studio. Keeler helps to coordinate open mics, vendors markets and shows all around the city, developing their skills as a talent booker and event coordinator. Mía Keeler is a co-founder of Local Fest Connects, providing their skills as a budget and sponsorship manager, line up curator and stage managing our festivals!

    Mars Mena is a coordinator with Local Fest Connects, a local community bridging the gaps within Portland Metro’s Music & Art’s scene(s) by providing equitable opportunities for artists of all ages. As a Yoga practitioner, she brings with her a Yogic approach to business and community building. As an artist, she hopes to connect her communities alongside the entire Local Fest Connects Team. She is excited to explore different avenues of community outreach through her work with Local Fest Connects.

    Aaron Taylor is a world-class technology enthusiast with a passion for community building. A veteran officer of the US Air Force, Aaron operates the Jam House PDX division of Local Fest Connects. Jam House PDX provides a range of IT/technology services and support to the Local Fest Community. Additionally, Jam House PDX hosts a weekly Sunday Brunch for local musicians, helping to build a vast network of talent throughout our community.     As a member of Local Fest Connects board and the first member of Team Ezra, Ryan Ingebrigtsen has a long history of skills he has contributed to our organization. From scheduling, scribing, and management to graphic design, photography, and videography, Ryan’s experience adds another level to our Local Fest Board. They started their career as a family photographer in 2016 at 14 years old, but have recently found their passion in live performance photography. Now 21, Ryan has been able to make their debut into the Portland music scene just in time for Spring Fest Connects. You can find their work on instagram @ryannoahphotography

    Plutonium is a 24 year-old trans woman from Portland, OR. She’s well known in the drag community as Plutonium Rod, where she graces stages with punk trash drag performances, gagging audiences at main stages like CC Slaughters- to grunge underground bars, like Shanghai Tunnel Bar. Plutonium is also a resident member of the punk drag show, Assid Queens, produced by Mimi Gina. She is making her production debut this year with ROACHFEST, co-produced by Silicunt and Kat Monster, which will feature a cast of 10 queer performers, live music from local artists and a member of the cast from Dragula: Titans. She will be joining as a drag production manager with Local Fest in May, contributing knowledge in drag performance/booking and bringing new connections in queer nightlife!
